Certified work, in writing
Every job is completed to BS 7671 and — where it applies — the Building Regulations, and handed over with the right certificate: a minor works or installation certificate as proof. As a NAPIT-registered firm (member #8433) we self-certify notifiable domestic work to Part P, so you never pay a separate building-control inspection fee.

Assessed for ongoing competence
NAPIT is a government-approved competent person scheme, and our registration is assessed regularly. That's our commitment that the standard behind your certificate is checked by a third party — not just claimed. You can verify member #8433 on the public NAPIT register at any time.

You'll get a clear price before any work begins. Customers describe our pricing as “reasonable” and “fair” — and one emergency call-out was fixed “at a fair price” the same visit. No surprises, no upsell, just sensible recommendations.

When electrics fail they rarely wait for office hours. We take emergency call-outs day and night — one customer had us out “within the hour” and the issue “fixed at a fair price.” Day or night, you can call or text Jez.
